We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following products:
1. Damage to or use of the product.
2. Incomplete packaging for goods.
3. More than 30 days after receiving the item.
4. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
5. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
6. Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
7. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
8. We cannot accept returns on sale items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order cancellation
When you place your order, we will begin processing your order. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will not be able to cancel your order if the goods have already been shipped, therefore cancellations must be made before the goods are dispatched.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund process
Please contact our customer service within 30 days after receiving the goods.
1. Please provide pictures of the product and packaging.
Once confirmed, please package the product and send it to the designated address.
2. We will refund the payment to your payment account within 3 working days of Mlotm receiving the package.
